Aztec House

In most suburban neighborhoods an oppressive sameness characterizes most of the homes and properties. The goal seems to be avoiding attention rather than making a statement. But in this case I was delighted to find this one location I called “The Aztec House” which wasn’t afraid to make a stylistic proclamation of its individuality. This gate covered the entrance to the front yard from the sidewalk as if to say “we’re different”.
